HOW DO I KNOW IF MY ORDER HAS BEEN PLACED SUCCESSFULLY?
You will receive an automated email notifying you that your order has been processed. Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive another email notifying you that your order has been dispatched and we will provide you with a tracking ID to track your shipment.
HOW DO I RETURN AN ITEM FOR A REFUND?
If your item is unused, unsoiled and within our 30 day return period, please return it as instructed on the return form. Please remember to complete the return form along with your request and include it in the parcel when you return it to us.
Refunds for full priced items will be sent to your original method of payment. Refunds for regular sale items can only be processed via Gift Vouchers for use on our website. If your order has any shipping costs, we will not refund these costs.
To return your order, please use the 'TRACKED' Service as we can only refund items that are returned to us. We do not refund postage costs.
HOW DO I EXCHANGE AN ITEM?
If your item is unused, unsoiled and within our 30 day return period, please return it as instructed on the return form. Please remember to complete the return form along with your request and include it in the parcel when you return it to us.
Once we receive your return, we will send you an email to confirm that we have received the item. If there are no exceptions to your return, your request will be processed within 24-72 business hours when we will send you the replacement item. Once we have sent the item to you, you will receive an email with a tracking ID to track your shipment.
OUR RETURN POLICY
Products must be unused, with original labels and packaging, without any signs or damage.
Items must be returned in the same condition as received, otherwise no refunds or exchanges will be issued.
All returns must be sent within 30 days of receipt. Please use the tracking number on all returns/exchanges, we can only issue refunds/exchanges for items we receive in accordance with our terms.
Sale items: can only be exchanged or refunded via store credit, if they meet our terms and conditions.
AN ITEM I PURCHASED IS NOW ON SALE. CAN I GET A PRICE ADJUSTMENT?
Unfortunately, due to general demand for goods and availability issues, we are not currently allowing price adjustments.
